Refunds
For most products, in the unlikely event that your item is defective, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it.
We will also notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

First, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank – there is often some processing time before a refund appears.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us by email or use our contact form.
