Terms of Purchase

Order
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. The confirmation contains information about the products, prices, as well as billing and delivery addresses.

Order Cancellation
An order can be cancelled on the same day it was placed, before the customer service office closes. We cannot cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped.

Delivery
The standard delivery time is 5–12 business days.
Orders placed on weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the next business day.
Delays may occur due to courier overload, which is beyond our control.

Taxes, Duties and Import Fees
Arctiqo sells products without US/Swedish VAT (25%), as they are shipped directly from suppliers outside the EU.
As the buyer, you are the formal importer of the goods and are responsible for paying all import taxes, duties, and any other fees related to the import into US.
We are not responsible for these additional costs, and they are not included in the prices listed on our website.
By making a purchase, you accept that you may receive an invoice for import taxes, customs duties, and any handling fees charged by the carrier.

Prices
We reserve the right to change prices due to changes in purchase costs, exchange rates, or printing errors.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • Notify us by email: support@arctiqo.se

  • Provide your name, address, email, order number, and the products you wish to return.

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

  • The customer bears the cost of return shipping and is responsible for ensuring the product is returned in undamaged condition, preferably in its original packaging.

  • In the case of used or damaged products, a deduction may be made for the loss of value.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others:

  • Hygienic products with a broken seal/packaging,

  • Personalized products,

  • Services fully performed with the customer’s consent,

  • Perishable goods,

  • Single issues of newspapers/magazines.

Complaints and Returns of Defective Goods
All products are inspected before shipment. In case of defects or incorrect deliveries, we will repair or replace them at no additional cost.
Complaints must be submitted by email: support@arctiqo.se, including contact details, order number, and a description of the defect.
Returns are only possible after our approval. If the complaint is accepted, we cover the return shipping costs.

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the product, nor for delays or errors caused by force majeure (strikes, fires, wars, government decisions, supplier issues, etc.).

Product Information
We reserve the right for typographical errors and color variations due to screen settings.

Cookies
We use cookies in accordance with telecommunications law to improve user experience. You can block them in your browser settings.

Personal Data
By purchasing from Bad och Lek, you accept our privacy policy and the processing of personal data in accordance with GDPR.
We only collect data necessary for order fulfillment and customer communication, and we do not share it with third parties without a legal basis.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with the product, you may return it within 30 days for a refund.
Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original, intact packaging,

  • The product must be unused and unopened.

Unclaimed Parcels
Unclaimed parcels are treated as completed orders. The customer is responsible for delivery, return, and handling costs. Refunds will only be issued after we have received and accepted the returned product.
